Are they kidding opening these things? The foil is sharp and hard to peel. If you break one off, then the foil on the other rips. You get it on you when the foil won't come off. No more. Today was it

(7,769 posts)I use scissors to separate the two packets. Trying to get the foil cover off is a challenge. Once my finger slipped and I ended up with wet cat food on my face. 😝

(10,459 posts)many things MUCH easier. I can open those Sheba twin packs, the cover to my yogurt container and I even use them on those infuriating zip lock cheese packages. I use a scissor for opening the teabag packaging and cutting open the saline packs for my sinus rinse. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

(15,714 posts)With the cheese just cut the top and clip it closed. I'm done struggling with that

(11,726 posts)But when I have only one foster cat, I don't feel like keeping anything bigger. My outdoor kitties just don't like wet food. I've tried, and they turn up their noses and walk away. (The local possum likes it, though. She likes anything!)

(450 posts)They are a convenient size for a single cat.
(1) 2 pack of sheba is ~ $1.30
(2) x 1.32 oz = 2.62
16oz (1 lb ) / 2.62 = 6.1
6.1 x $1.30 = ~ $8 per pound
They could do better for that price

(5,004 posts)The bagger at the store might bag it with something that will poke a hole in them. That is the same with L Soups Ns
D some of the other foil stuff.
