Breakfast Thurdsay 16 July 2026

Later this morning I'm planning on making fried rice and putting an over easy fried egg on top, cold brew coffee to drink.

a week ago, I feel pretty good. This horrible heatwave keeps me inactive, but it's giving me more rest, and also helping me get over this.
