Vanilla pudding is the only food I can keep down.

3. I woke up around 2 am. For the first hour, I felt like was getting over it.

Then all of a sudden chills were running up, and down my spine.

4. There's some kind of illness

Like you’ve described going around NJ. I saw an article on it.

Breakfast sandwich. It’s like the McDonald’s McGriddle but you have it at home.

Yay the heat wave is over, I am going to a big flower sale this a.m. Forty per cent off.

After the sale I am going to make fruit salad.

5. Coffee

Bacon, fried eggs, toast with blackberry jam. Breakfast of champions.

6. Just coffee so far

It was much earlier for my coffee. Internet died here. I found a spot where my cellphone sort of works and spent a lovely half hour with hold music. No resolution, maybe a service call Wednesday or maybe a system problem. They don't ever seem to know.

Time for something to eat.

Toasted whole grain English muffin with butter to start.

9. I tested negative for covid. I do have

pneumonia. The clinic said if it gets worse, check in to an emergency room.

10. Ugh, I'd recommended sleeping in a recliner semi upright.
