Breakfast Thursday 18 June 2026

Later this morning I'm planning on scrambling tofu with spinach & cherry tomatoes, toasting a slice of sourdough and making a pot of tea to drink.

One of my fave breakfasts. Mixed it up with my immersion blender. Grated nutmeg over it.

Toasted an English muffin and put plant butter on it.
