The chicken was covered in GF flour with turmeric, powdered roasted garlic, onion powder and dried oregano. Egg-dredge + panko, and quick fried in safflower oil + ghee.

Served with Trader Joe’s frozen palak paneer, smashed potato w/horseradish, and cucumber slices with mashed avocado.

will have a nice golden brown from the turmeric.

I use it in caramelized onions, too, to give them a golden color. The RG says it doesn't have much of a taste, which makes it ideal for coloring.

The TJ's palak paneer--I love it. I think it's the best one on the market.

Went to Mex restaurant for lunch. It was buy one, get one half off on Margarita Potatoes, so I still have a lot of leftovers. I suppose that's what I'll have for dinner.

Enjoy!
