I'd had a grilled ham and cheese for breakfast, a turkey sandwich, stuffing and gravy for lunch plus several snacks so I decided to have breakfast for dinner.

Cheerios with strawberries, banana and almond milk was my dinner.

Ducky crunched a few Cheerios but not with the gusto he applies to shredded wheat.

TJ has left for work so the pup and I are on our own tonight. There might be a squeaky toy or ball for entertainment.

a broccoli stalk, a carrot, or a shredded wheat biscuit are his favorite snacks. Something he can grab and run to a comfortable place to crunch is preferred. He can crunch rather loudly.

Ah, we all have our own cross to bear. I have a snoring cat next to me. He stayed out until 2 am.

Air-fried TJ’s falafels folded up in lavash flat bread with sliced tomatoes, red onion, pickled beets, romaine leaves, walnut-balsamic dressing and tahini. Cheers!🥂
