Later this morning I'm planning on a BLT on sourdough, cold brew coffee on the side.

Simple Sunday pleasures

1. Coffee for now. And Dunc farts as he lays on my feet on back porch.

Ziti spilled yesterday Dunc swooped in on cleanup, is the reason for chunk gas this morning.

4. Black Coffee so far

I don't feel hungry yet. Lots of options. A BLT is just one option (there is some bacon already cooked in 'frig). I'll wait for TJ to get home in an hour or so.

Ducky has managed to move from bed room to recliner in the living room where he is again snoozing after refusing an OUTSIDE. I think he is waiting for his humom. I'd ask, but I don't want him sad or barking.

5. Cold hibiscus tea

Kiwi fruit with pineapple spears in coconut water.

Slice of baguette, toasted and topped with sautéed greens and grated parm.

I am very excited today because yesterday I was able to design some aesthetically pleasing plant barriers. If they only work as good as they look!

At one of my gardens, I realized what was eating all my squash and cucumbers. It was bunnies!

Late yesterday, as I was building my barriers, the bunnies seem to be gathering at the bottom of the hill. They were hopping around. Maybe it’s my imagination, but I had to wonder if they weren’t concerned. Probably couldn’t wait until I got out of there so they could tear my plant barriers apart and have a feast.

But I had already thought of that. I sprayed all my plants with Repels It. 😁 🤣
