Interesting, but long cooking time,

Italian Breakfast Strata
Chef John's Italian breakfast strata is one of the best breakfast casseroles ever, layered with Italian bread cubes, Italian sausage, plenty of spinach, and melty fontina cheese in just the right amount of egg custard. It has a fantastic fluffy texture, rich and satisfying, and yet somehow not heavy.

I was just commiserating, really.

Hopefully you didn't misunderstand me.

Not saying it isn't great; It's really very impressive,

Just seems like a lot to do for breakfast.

Hope we're clear now?

(Mercury Retrograde just kicked in, communications will suck
for some weeks. As I apparently just tripped over my own feet)

Sent to daughter, who recently 'adopted' 3 kids; has 2 of her own. (Not a real adoption, found a great teacher guy, so family's are blending)
