Related: About this forumBanana/Strawberry/Raspberry Cream Freezes!
Same recipe, use the fruit you have on hand!
2 very ripe bananas/or pint of berries
½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ pint of whipping cream
Pinch of salt
Mash the bananas/berries with a fork, sprinkle them with the lemon juice and ½
cup of sugar. Whip the cream until firm and stiff, but not buttery, and beat
in the pinch of salt as you whip. Blend the bananas/berries with the sugar and
lemon juice, and fold this mixture through the whipped cream. Pour into an
ice-cube tray or any container that will fit into the freezer section of your
refrigerator. Freeze until fairly firm but not hard. Do not stir.

Forgive me for saying this, but it looks like it came from a fancy restaurant, dessert menu. Better than store bought. Yum, thanks for posting.

(26,042 posts)7. Think I could substitute powdered stevia for the sugar?
justaprogressive
(4,730 posts)8. Don't see why not...
maybe 1/2 teaspoon? I make it about 7.2 grams
*Stevia is about 300 to 450 times sweeter than regular sugar
