What's for Dinner, Thurs., May 8, 2025

Leek-cauliflower soup that I made last night. To change it a bit, I'll pick up some plant-based sausage. Not much, though, since it already has tortellini in it.

Reuben sandwich.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: hopefully Aldi will have their frozen chocolate bars in today, but if not I'll choose some other type of frozen dessert.

herb roasted chicken, honey dijon and spinach in a buttery croissant, a side of fresh greens with lemon vinaigrette, and a glass of Michigan cherry wine ( my home state).
