The garage door yesterday was a nightmare. I finally got it fixed with the help of a professional garage door repairman and a wad of money. At least it's working again.

2. I'm thankful it's fixed, but I think they really overcharged me. Then

the repairman wanted to take a picture of me shaking his hand in front of the door. I didn't agree to that. Now I have an email from them wanting me to fill out a survey and give them a pat on the back for overcharging me. Egads, I am not going to take my time to fill out a survey.

Yes, that particular repair is a nightmare. The stories I have heard.

I never fill out those surveys either. And the picture? Forget about it
