What's for Dinner, Tues., April 8, 2025
Appetizer: mozzarella-artichoke-spinach bites.
Spinach, Bibb lettuce, and iceberg salad with miniature Persian cukes, pear tomatoes, and red onion. The dressinig will be hoisin vinaigrette.
Crab cake with homemade remoulade sauce.
Made new flavors for kombucha--2 or 3. I think I'll try the pear.
Dessert: slice of honeydew melon with banana nut bread, toasted, tea.
