Using up the last slices of the older loaf, used pieces of cheese I'd cut for a snack plate last week.

Avocado toast with chopped tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.

Halos with pomegranate arials, swirl of agave oil..

My first cup of coffee in years. I added evaporated milk and a spoonful of cocoa mix. Delicious!

I'm back under the covers with my heated mattress pad warming my bones. Sipping.

I'm working on email, catching up on my DU Mail, subscriptions and reading the news on Bluesky.

Time to reheat and think about something more substantial. Maybe an English muffin. ❤️
