Ty for sharing!

I'd add a few stLks of celery & a couple of yellow squash. But almost any.veggie would be great. Broccoli & green beans come to mind.

I bought a bunch of little mixture packets from Penzeys. Don't usually use mixtures as they are often just overpriced salt with a bit of spice but I was going for free shipping or stocking stuffers or something, I don't even remember. so I have decided to try them on bland chicken breast to see if any are worth actually buying in quantity. used one on a couple lbs of chicken and the vegs were zuchinni, yellow crookneck, onion, a couple cloves of garlic and a bag of mini bell peppers tossed with a bit of olive oil. not bad but not that outstanding either. on to next time. made a good low carb dinner though, and only one sheet pan to clean up.
