We celebrated Earth Day today at our biggest school garden. Started early, at 8 a.m. and all day long 70-90 science students each hour came to weed haul compost, and plant. (Except for the last hour, when there were 300).
Needless to say, too tired to cook.
Tossed green salad (leftovers)
Potstickers from Trader Joe's.
Kombucha: Tepache Pineapple spice.
Dessert: raspberry ice fruit bar.
