(Full confession: we didn't make corned beef & cabbage this weekend. But Al brought some home from the Legion where they held a dinner and he was on KP duty.)

Toasted waffle, Greek yogurt, toasted walnuts, blueberries, and slivers of candied ginger on top.

Fresh pot of decaf.

Planting eggplant seedlings. I have both Japanese and Black Beauty going.
