Coffee, after that I'm not sure.

1. Black coffee now ☕, later fried egg

with biscuits and gravy.

3. Biscuits and gravy is my favorite breakfast,

although I only eat it when eating out for breakfast.

I do have several recipes, which I should really try so I can eat this luscious breakfast at home!

6. I buy GFS Peppered Gravy mix and add water.

Walmart sells a good gravy mix too. The mix has powdered milk in it, so adding milk is not necessary. I fry up sausage and add it to the mix. Biscuits my wife makes and has them in the freezer for me.

2. Coffee with cream, now

Oatmeal with blueberries and cran raisins, later.

4. I'm sipping on some coffee right now.

A little later I'm having ever inspiring oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts.

Later probably scrambled eggs with kimchi.

7. Decaf coffee

I’m going to post this Starbucks copycat recipe because it’s so easy and so good. I’m having one egg bite with roasted red pepper and chopped spinach.

Sweet potato fries and salad with avocado cilantro dressing.
