(1,260 posts)I only order from them a few times a year and always try something I haven't had before. This time it was the Kirkland Stuffed Bell Pepper. I had one for dinner and they are definitely a keeper.

(11,061 posts)We're going out of town, so we're cleaning the fridge. Yesterday's dinner was pizza with red onions, pancetta, and the last of the peppers from the garden. Were going to add olives, but the pancetta was salty enough. By the time one goes through the effort of making a dough and sauce, it makes sense to make a large pizza and have leftovers.

This will probably be our last barbecue in the mountains.
Im grilling a fresh pork tenderloin. I rubbed it with olive oil then dusted it all over with salt & pepper, thyme, KC BBQ seasoning and minced garlic. When its almost cooked to about 140-degrees Ill top it with one of Stubbs sauces.
Were having pan-fried and spiced asparagus and yellow rice, too.
