Made this crustless zucchini quiche, which I put in a glass loaf pan.
It has both green and yellow sliced zucchini, cheddar, mozzarella, and basil leaves. Onion and garlic, of course.

We are having black bean burgers on brioche buns with leaf lettuce and tomato slices

Occasionally pasta. Kind of a Pasta e Fagioli Soup.
It is a clear out the fridge/freezer soup for me.
Garlic bread is encouraged
