(93,943 posts)Dutch oven chili and cornbread that I made last Sunday, it's in the freezer. Not sure if I'll have anything with it, maybe a half an avocado.
Haven't figured out desert either.

(19,536 posts)My daughter brought me an eggplant, some fresh tomatoes and homemade basil pesto
I sliced the eggplant, breaded, quick-fried it. Layered in a casserole with onions, tomato, garlic, pesto and spinach. Several cheeses, pesto, spices, hot sauce. I think that's all. Right before it is ready, I'll add a little more Mozzarella to the top.
It's baking now.

Antipasti of green & black olives, peppers, Asiago cheese, thinly sliced salami, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes from the garden.
Lobster stuffed ravioli with a tomato and basil sauce.

(11,222 posts)Leftovers. It's a mishmash of chicken breast, noodles, peppers, and tomatoes that I made Saturday (I think). Husband is off helping some guys with a deceased friend's rock collection that's being auctioned off so we're not having a formal dinner.

(10,775 posts)which consists of making a crust, tomato sauce, and then looking through the fridge for things to put on it: half a jar of artichoke hearts, some green bell pepper, the last of the roasted red peppers, a spoonful of capers.
