Turkey in orange sauce, sprinkled with sesame seed and scallions. I'm serving this as a salad using romaine, arugula, and green ruffly.
Half a toasted Ciabatta roll. I spray it with olive oil and put it in the air fryer. It makes for a crispy accompaniment to the salad.
Superberry kombucha.
Dessert: Cookies 'n cream mochi with iced decaf. Later tonight my Zaini's chocolate from the RG.

(11,387 posts)Korma paneer (sauce from a jar, spiked with more onions), makhani dal (I made a big batch a few weeks ago and froze it in single servings (for two)), tamarind eggplant (which is a bit too tart - I've added raisins to tone done the acid), rice, yogurt, and various pickles. I'm making large portions of the paneer and eggplant since I can freeze the leftovers for the next time I decide to make an Indian dinner.
