Cooked Cheese tortellini, thawed and drained broccoli florets, diced tri-color sweet bell pepper, sliced black olives, feta cheese crumbles. Liberally doused in Italian Seasonings Zesty Italian dressing.
It’s a great make ahead meal for a hot day.

The versatility of cream cheese, that it's not just breakfast spread and cheesecake. I have a friend who grew up where ricotta was not readily available and her family has always used it with addition of eggs as the creamy layer in lasagna (and a lot of other things).
