Veggie breakfasts with cottage cheese and chopped vegetables like yellow and red bell pepper, scallion, radish, zucchini slices, carrot. S & P. 21-seed toast with avocado. I have beautiful red beet microgreens to spread over the top of the veggies and cottage cheese. Fresh dill, too.
