Planned for later this morning Lox, tomatoes, onions, cream cheese on bagel thins, coffee.

1. Black coffee now ☕, later eggs over easy and bacon 🥓.

2. Steamed

broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with a splash of Italian dressing and black pepper along with heavily seeded and dense whole grain bread with Irish butter. Low sugar cran-raspberry juice.

3. Breakfast burritos for B.

Going to dice up the rest of the ham steak since he's had plenty of sausage lately.

4. Coffee with cream

Oatmeal with chopped pecans and Gala apple.

5. Coffee and cream first then

a waffle and maple syrup, sliced mango.

6. lemon bar with...

blackberries, toasted almonds, and a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt.

I am contemplating a scrambled egg with a slice of prosciutto-salami bread with sundried tomatoes. Maybe a thin slice or two of ham would be good with that.

Then....planting, planting, planting!
