there are measuring cups in Europe with different volume markings according to flour, sugar, rice, etc.

So 1 Teaspoon + 5 Tablespoons = 1/3 cup....
That makes more sense.

I just use the measuring cup! I have 5 sets of dry measuring cups- may as well use them
