My lipid panel
Total cholesterol 110
Triglycerides 111
HDL 39
LDL 49
VCDL 22
CHO/ratio 28
My HDL (good cholesterol) was one point short, 40> would be optimum. But because my LDL was very low, my doctor isn't really concerned about my HDL level. My CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) levels were all normal.
I'm feeling pretty good about my health.
