Pets Are Good For Our Health & Wellbeing: Get Healthy, Get A Dog

-Wednesday Woozles: No Need to Tell Us, Pets are Good For Your Health, Daily Kos, Sept. 15, 2021.

Our pets are great for our health and well beings. Even Harvard Medical School knows this.

Hear what dogs do for you from popular YouTube doctor, Dr. Mike.

Studies have shown that the bond between people and their pets can increase fitness, lower stress, and bring happiness to their owners. Some of the health benefits of having a pet include:

- Decreased blood pressure
- Decreased cholesterol levels
- Decreased triglyceride levels
- Decreased feelings of loneliness

- Increased opportunities for exercise and outdoor activities
- Increased opportunities for socialization

Physicians aren’t certain exactly why woozles make us live longer. Given: people who own them often have to walk them. Ergo, they get more exercise. For nearly everyone, this is good. They are also pretty sure households that own them when children are tiny gives them early exposure to common allergens. It helps prevent asthma and allergies later in life.

Woozles can also smell many human cancers.

So what's happening with your critters?

.... and smelly) and then her leash it was cute, I would then praise her, walk her, but now it is getting
to be a p.i.t.a..

Yes dog it is 3 AM please go away with your leash.

I am now starting to hang the leashes higher but I think she is learning to get up on her hind legs to get to
'em and pull 'em down.
