The woman who captured video that looks to show a Frankfort K9 handler throw his partner, Taz, to the ground is speaking out, saying she’s still disturbed by what she saw days later.

1. Put him behind a desk until investigation is over and depending on findings, either fire him or jail him

He should never be allowed to own or work with animals again
