Tofu, pressed and drained, mayo, chopped celery, chopped scallion, sweet pickle relish.

It won't fool anyone but it's tasty.

I don't know who has your recipe, but that's mine.

Drain & mash a can of garbanzo beans. Add mayo, chopped celery, shredded carrot & whatever else you use to put in your tuna salad & mix well. I love this on toast.
