Does that mean than any and all workplace raids are now prohibited?

What's prohibited by the court order the practice of ICE et al roaming around, and just showing up at Home Depot and rounding people up, or approaching a group of Hispanic-appearing (or speaking) people standing on a corner and detaining them, or waiting outside a car wash and detaining workers as they come out. In short, the judge said they can't target people just because of race/ethnicity, speaking Spanish or English with an accent, type of work, or location.

The feds who raided the pot sites had judicial warrants based on information that the company was employing illegal immigrants and minors. Since those types of raids required probable cause in order to get the warrant, they can continue.

In short, this ruling wouldn't have stopped the raids at the pot farms.
