WTF??? Are they saying there's a cumulative risk from day to day? Even if they mean "if on public transport, vary it", how does that help? Doesn't it mean you're in contact with more people over the week?

Have they copy-n-pasted from some advice on how to avoid stalkers? Their advice to the Skripals?
Perhaps they mean "if you do use public transport, try to travel at off-peak times so it's less crowded". But why put that as "vary daily commute"? Which has been mentioned in New South Wales: https://www.theleader.com.au/story/6680618/off-peak-train-and-bus-travel-urged/?cs=1507
