Boris Johnson has canceled his planned trip to the White House after Trump's 'apoplectic' fury

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has canceled a trip to the US planned for next month after a furious phone call from President Donald Trump in which Trump slammed down the phone on the prime minister.

Johnson had been due to visit Washington last month but repeatedly delayed the trip after a series of rows with the president over Iran, Huawei, and a rejected request by the prime minister to extradite the wife of a US diplomat.

The disagreements culminated in a phone call last month in which Trump hung up on Johnson, according to officials with knowledge of the conversation.

Johnson has now canceled his trip altogether, and is not planning on visiting the country until the G7 summit in June.

Johnson didn't say what, exactly, came out of the orange mouth - but I bet you dollars to donuts it included screaming threats to "nuke London" or whatnot.

Which figures - because I always hear "let's nuke" this city or that from Rethugs, whenever there's an even minor tiff with some foreign leader.

24. I understand it has to do with China's Huawei

Cheeto is trying to bar them from introducing 5G to the global telecom market - presumably at the behest of U.S. telecom CEOs (who regularly meet with him at Bribe-a-Lago).

As you know, he even had the Canadians arrest the Huawei CEO's daughter on trumped up charges (pun intended).

The U.K. has no such objections, and recently approved Huawei's permit to operate 5G in Britain - a major setback for Cheeto's policy.

But of course, that's how he is: if I can't beat you, I'll cheat you.
