The current global berserkery had me hankering after a bit of levity, this sort of works?
I always think the comments are as good as, if not better than, the article.

In Ireland there is only one real acceptable crisp sambo filling: Tayto cheese and onion. I don't know whether it says more about me or my country that a Tayto sambo is one of the main things I'm looking forward to when I arrive back to Dublin next week after three months away.

Doesn't it just detract from the crisps?
By an amazing coincidence, I had found the DU chip butty thread from 2 years ago, this very morning: https://www.democraticunderground.com/108814478
Chip butties I appreciate; but why get bland soft bread in the way of the taste and crunch of a crisp?

It's not that hard you need a full article on how to put chips in between two pieces of bread and then your mouth.
The upside is now I want a chip sandwich.
