in the last few years because he wanted people unhappy and divided so he could capitalize on that and win the next election. People were tired of Trudeau. It worked. Then Trump came along and Trudeau resigned and Canada came together. It was a vague slogan as you would expect from a Conservative member of parliament who had never held another job in his life. He wanted to axe the carbon tax and cut taxes. He still does.
