State Dem Party outraises state GOP in final 10 weeks of '24

The state Dem Party outraised the Wisconsin GOP over the final 10 weeks of the year.

And the Dem Party’s fundraising machine kept churning even after Chair Ben Wikler announced his bid to lead the national party.

The latest fundraising reports show the Dem Party raised nearly $2.8 million between Oct. 22 — the close of the last reporting period — and Dec. 31. It spent $4.2 million and finished the year with $650,569 in the bank.

The state GOP, meanwhile, reported $2.4 million in receipts over that period and $3 million in disbursements. The Republican Party finished 2024 with $673,257 cash on hand.
