North Charleston holds special election to fill city council seats in districts 3 and 5
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Tuesday is the special election for North Charleston City Council seats for districts 3 and 5.
These seats were vacated by former councilmen Sandino Moses and Jerome Heyward earlier this year after they pled guilty in a corruption scheme.
