Forbes annual ranking of the worlds billionaires lists 2,668 people with a collective worth of $12.7 trillion in 2022.
America has the most representatives on that list, with 735 billionaires, including the top-ranked individual, Elon Musk.
Heres a closer look at the Keystone States 17 billionaires, according to Forbes rankings as of July 19.
1. Jeff Yass
Mr. Yass, the richest person in Pennsylvania, drew attention this spring for spending at least $18 million on the primary elections. He usually backs candidates who support alternatives to public schools. Mr. Yass co-founded Susquehanna International Group, which Forbes calls one of the largest trading firms on Wall Street.

Listing the 17 wealthiest people (mostly male) in Pennsylvania, including their Forbes' ranking, net worth, and place of residence. Boom! I expected to see Ben Roethlisberger's name on there, but no athletes are named. Maybe some of them are Democrats, you think? We know Jeff Yass isn't.

I'm not a Forbes subscriber, but I'll see if I can go in and read the article. This excerpt is from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette where I am a subscriber.
EDIT TO ADD: I went on the Forbes website and was able to see the list of "Forbes' Billionaires" which is a world-wide list, not just USA. So Mehmet Oz isn't a billionaire, because he's not included on the list anywhere. I even checked to see if he was listed for Turkey, and he's not on there.
