(17,287 posts)say that they had received the case in October, apparently decided not to interfere with the election (more 'respect' for the election than tRump had!), then the challenges, then the impeachment, so now it was OK to 'release' their decision.....
Yeah, LOVE the thought of Kelly 'thinking' he had a chance!

(36,505 posts)It's just GQP bitching - that's all it is. Act 77 was not "unconstitutional" and neither was the mail-in balloting. Everything was handled in accordance to our state voting regulations. Every Pennsylvania voter had the opportunity to vote legally via mail-in ballot. The fact that Republicans DIDN'T do so is irrelevant. It was legal and constitutional.
Mike Kelly has no case, he's trying to waste the court's time.
