In the last three years alone, delinquent property taxes would cover $20 million in Tulsa Public Schools cuts. The worst culprits for 2012 (some owe more but aren't listed as they didn't pay in 2011 either):

9) CRC-EVANS PIPELINE $ 58,471.00
10) O P A LAND COMPANY LLC $56,927.00

Corporations always do the right thing, and as such need no regulation, enforcement, or oversight.
