Ohio primary election results: Issue 18 passes in favor of Akron-Summit County Public Library
AKRON, Ohio — Election results from Tuesday night show voters have approved Issue 18, which will provide money for the Akron-Summit County Public Library in the form of $160 million over the course of 20 years.
With its approval, homeowners who live within the library's district will pay $35 for each $100,000 of appraised value annually.
