Rivers are rising if you're in a flood plain be prepared to leave. If you remember Hurricane Floyd prepare for similar, possibly worse, conditions. Please Don't Drive through standing water.

I worry about those who think that it's "over" when the rivers are at flood stage and rising. Not many people remember Floyd. This is predicted to be worse.
