I like this guy from what I keep reading, seems like an Indian Bernie Sanders considering his policies.

-Equal Pay for Women
-Fight LGBT Discrimination
-Strong Gun Control
-Higher Minimum Wage
-Reduce Income Inequality
-100% Pro Choice
-Higher pay for Teachers
-Reduction of class sizes
-Restore funding to schools

2. Roy Cooper supporters may like him.

"Democrat Jay Chaudhuri is a progressive problem solver who has served as senior attorney to Attorney General Roy Cooper and State Treasurer Janet Cowell."

The thought is he will replace Josh Stein if Cooper wins as Josh is running for attorney general.
