In this Justice Matters One On One interview, I talk with Moe Davis, who's running for Congress to represent the people of North Carolina's 11th District. Moe Davis, a retired Air Force Colonel and JAG lawyer knows how to fight for what's right. When he was ordered by the Bush administration to use evidence in military commission prosecutions that was obtained via waterboarding - a form of torture - he refused and resigned as the chief prosecutor for the military commissions. He's now ready to bring that fight for what's right to Congress.
