The custody part could require counseling. Thats how we do it here in Pittsburgh

Otherwise call your local bar association or hell google a domestic lawyer.

I'm in MD, daughter who needs help is in NJ, has spoken with attorney. I want to 'confirm' what I think she was told, there is no 'requirement' for 'reconciliation/counseling' re: separation/divorce matters (even when little kids are involved.)
