Incumbents Lead, Tight Race For 3rd In Haddonfield Commissioner Election

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Both incumbent candidates held leads in the preliminary tally of Haddonfield's Board of Commissioners election Tuesday night, while only a few votes separate the candidates for the third spot.

Borough Commissioners Dave Siedell (2,086 votes) and Frank Troy (2,048) led the four-candidate field as of 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Itir Cole (1,861) holds a slight advantage against William C. Shanahan (1,847) for the third as of that time.

The three-member board will have at least one new face, since since outgoing Mayor Colleen Bianco Bezich is running as a Democrat for the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
