past hour. HOLT SHIT!!!! I pulled up Weather Underground to monitor it. It looks like DC is somehow missing most of it. They said more rain, 2", is coming and could be 10 inches in 3 hours in Ellicott City. The last "flood of the century" was only in 2016! This one is as bad too. Now the water is going up to the second floors of buildings.
