Maine State Rep. (R) indicted for election forgery charges

WILTON, Maine — A Maine State Representative has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated forgery, as well as one count each of unsworn falsification and criminal violation of the Maine Clean Election.

Aggravated forgery is a Class B crime, unsworn falsification is Class D, and criminal violation of the Maine Clean Election is Class E.

According to the Maine Commission on Governmental Ethics, when a candidate is running for the state legislature, they need to collect 60 donations of at least $5. These need to be in the form of credit card, check or cash.

If it is a cash donation, the person contributing to the campaign needs to sign two forms of confirming they made this donation.

Election fraud, pedophilia, traitorous acts. Always seems to be the Organized Crime Party that commit the crimes.
