As one storm approaches, could there be another one toward next weekend?

More on this at http://cwg.live (cwg.live) and of course our full forecast and timeline for the approaching storm.

Small, icy flakes coming down blizzard-style heavy. A quarter inch accumulated on the deck in about 20 min. Have heard plows go by a few times already.

It’s the first snow for both cats, can’t wait to see what they think tomorrow. I’ll take Bee out on the kitchen deck so he can check it out. Fifi is not to be trusted on a trip outside because she’s a maniac, lol.

Add: “Here” is just west of Loudoun, on the Shenandoah River.

A dark, cloudy day in the mid-30s with a steady rain would be nice.
