* Scenario 1: Moderate snow, 3-6" (30% chance)
* Scenario 2: Light snow, 1-3" (30% chance)
* Scenario 3: Heavy snow, 6"+ (20% chance)
* Scenario 4, Little snow, 1" or less (20% chance)
