1. This was a tough one. Those sexual harrassment allegations against Horak at the very last moment

floored me and there was zero time left to clarify. It upset me because I've worked with Horak on wildlife-related issues before and he was INCREDIBLY responsive--even to the point of taking on other commissioners trying to belittle the entire issue with attitudes dripping in condescension and yes, misogyny.

Obviously, it wasn't close, but I find the entire unresolved episode depressing.

Let's hope we see some satisfying resolution to that issue.
